8. Team technical ability to improve resource construction.

1. College degree or above, major in electronics, solid electronic professional foundation and circuit analysis ability, proficient in the characteristics and applications of electronic components;

2. More than 3 years experience in LED/switching power supply design, engaged in research and development of high-power LED power supply, with the ability to independently complete design projects;

3. Ability to independently select components, parameter design work, and strong digital and analog circuit analysis capabilities;

4. Familiar with various power supply topologies, which can be flexibly selected according to parameter requirements;

5. Proficiency in related graphics software, such as Protel99, Altium Designer, etc.
