1. College degree or above, major in industrial engineering, familiar with electronic product assembly, production process, with good process preparation and implementation control ability;

2. Have more than 3 years of IE work experience, proficient in electronic product structure assembly, material assembly process, material characteristics and surface treatment process;

3. The ability to produce production efficiency, cost and quality is strong, and the tools such as IEQ’s seven methods are practically used;

4. It is better to have manufacturing enterprise IE or lean production work experience;

5. Have good professionalism and improvement, innovation and learning ability.
