Job Responsibilities: | |||||
1. Develop departmental market expansion and business development plans based on existing market analysis and future market forecasts; 2. Lead the sales department to continuously develop customers through various channels and complete the annual sales target; 3. Existing product research and new product market forecast, providing direction and advice for the company’s new product development; 4. Responsible for department customer reception / business negotiation / project negotiation and contract signing, as well as review and supervision of order related matters; 5 Departmental daily management, coordinate the handling of abnormal work situations, control risks in business processes, ensure the smooth completion of orders and timely collection; 6. Keep abreast of the achievement of sales targets of the department, and make statistics, analysis and regular reports on the performance of each subordinates; 7. Develop employee recruitment, training, salary, and assessment systems for the department, and establish an excellent sales team; 8. Develop a system of customer information management solutions to maintain good customer relationships; 9. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements: | |||||
1. Marketing, business English, international trade related majors, bachelor degree or above, English level 6 or above, with strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 2. More than 6 years of domestic and international sales experience, including more than 3 years of sales team management experience, and experience in the lighting industry. 3. Have strong business development capabilities and business negotiation skills; 4. Have good communication, management, and problem management skills, and strong sense of responsibility.
